One Philosophy, Two Products, Two Engines
Radio Buddha Technologies builds AI-assisted radiology reporting tools on a single non-negotiable principle: AI executes, clinicians decide.
Conch Rad & Radio Buddha
Two complementary tools covering the full reporting workflow — from structured ultrasound and X-ray analysis to live, voice-driven dictation across modalities.
Conch Rad
A full ultrasound and radiology reporting suite — OB across all trimesters, pelvis, renal, TRUS, MSK joint imaging, and X-ray — with clinical thresholds (AFI, endometrial thickness, prostate volume, fetal growth percentiles) enforced as hard rules, not AI suggestions.
Radio Buddha
Real-time, voice-driven reporting that moves at the speed of the read. Mobile-to-desktop relay, live dictation, and a growing clinical knowledge base spanning OB, pelvis, renal ultrasound, and 60+ X-ray/CT templates.
GLIDE & SENTINEL
Underneath both products sit two purpose-built engines — one for generating reports, one for catching mistakes before they reach a patient chart.
GLIDE
Conch Rad's report-generation engine. Runs at temperature zero for fully deterministic output, extracts measurements independently of DICOM metadata, and executes clinician-defined rules exactly as written — every time, the same way. Patent pending, USPTO.
SENTINEL
Radio Buddha's real-time clinical alert engine. Two-stage validation (keyword + semantic), three alert channels (voice, OS dialog, full-screen), and side-aware contradiction detection that flags errors as they happen, not after sign-off. Patent pending, USPTO.
The Clinician Stays in Control
Every clinical threshold — from when an endometrial thickness warrants biopsy, to how an oligohydramnios reading is classified — is written by a radiologist, not inferred by a model. The AI's job is narrow and specific: turn findings into correctly formatted, clinically consistent reports, fast, without ever making a diagnostic call on its own.
That's the difference between a transcription tool and a reporting partner. Radio Buddha and Conch Rad are built to disappear into the workflow, not replace the judgment behind it.
