These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Conch Rad, Radio Buddha, and related software, websites, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Radio Buddha Technologies (“Radio Buddha,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

2. License to Use

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal clinical reporting workflows, in accordance with your license tier (e.g., Monthly, Annual, or Hospital).

Licenses are device-validated. You may not circumvent, share, or resell license credentials, or attempt to reverse-engineer license validation or device-fingerprinting mechanisms.

3. Clinical Use & Responsibility

The Services are a reporting aid, not a diagnostic authority. All clinical rules embedded in the Services are configured by licensed radiologists, and the Services are designed so that AI components execute defined rules rather than make autonomous clinical decisions. Final review, interpretation, and sign-off of every report remains the sole responsibility of the supervising licensed clinician.

You agree not to rely on the Services as a substitute for clinical judgment, and to independently verify all measurements, findings, and generated report content before finalizing any patient record.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including underlying engines such as GLIDE and SENTINEL, and all associated software, documentation, and trademarks, are the property of Radio Buddha Technologies and are protected by copyright, trademark, and patent law, including pending U.S. patent applications. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable healthcare regulations
• Attempt to access another institution's licensed data or credentials
• Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Services
• Use the Services to train a competing product

6. Fees & Billing

Fees are charged according to the license tier selected at signup (Monthly, Annual, or Hospital). Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

7. Data & Privacy

Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect information, including any protected health information processed in connection with the Services.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT REPORT GENERATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RADIO BUDDHA TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY CLINICAL OUTCOME, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as needed to protect the security or integrity of the Services. You may stop using the Services and cancel your license at any time, subject to your billing agreement.
